I see you are going for a medical scribe position however your resume only describes your degree as relevance to this position. However if the job posting mentions a high school diploma than you can add it back but this space can then be better used to showcase your skills and abilities. There is no need to list your high school diploma as your active pursuit of a degree explains that you have a high school diploma.
